**Location**: Based in Bath Office, with travel to other locations occasionally expected. Office cover is required in Bath, so home-working is unlikely in the short to medium term.

Part-time: minimum 20 -25 hours per week (plus additional hours when workload or travelling requires), _possibly_ developing to a full time role by mutual agreement depending on skills and performance.

Salary, dependent on experience: FTE £27,000 - £32,000pa

Holiday entitlement: 22 days per annum pro rata, increasing by 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 25. BUPA Healthcare after 1 year.

**Background**:
Our Managing Director is involved with a number of businesses and charities, some of which operate internationally. He currently lives in Bath and Cornwall, and travels between those locations, with the main business operating units being in Stroud, Falmouth and Bergen (Norway). One of the UK based Charities also has a site in Uganda.
- Management of delegated projects
- MD general support - diary, travel, calls, meetings minutes etc.
- Cover of the Bath office
- Day to day buildings management of the Bath and Stroud offices, Bath and Cornwall properties including insurance, tenants, organising maintenance contractors, cleaners etc.
- Compliance monitoring - health and safety, fire system and waste certificates.
- Business unit performance monitoring and reporting
- Assistance to other Directors and Senior Management as required
- Possible Marketing & PR support and development (depending on experience)

**The successful applicant must be**:

- Be generally very well organised and flexible
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams etc.
- Good communicator with Staff, Clients and Contractors
- Able to work efficiently on their own in the Bath office on some days
- Able to travel and work in multiple locations (from time to time)
