Our client is a high-growth and ambitious marketing agency that deliver online marketing solutions for business owners wanting to scale their business and increase online leads, enquiries, sales and customer engagement.

We provide our clients clarity by simplifying the digital landscape via our core services which are - SEO, PPC Social Media and Content marketing from our Head Office in central Bath.

**The Role**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the sales function by preparing pitch presentations and marketing material.
- Managing organic social media and content calendar to drive topical, relevant & quality engagement and interest
- Thought leadership
- managing the creation & distribution of blog content, speaking engagements, commentating and other forms of proactive industry PR activity.
- Design and manage creative assignments internally and externally to ensure ours (and our clients) brand guidelines and visual identity is utilised effectively in line with business goals.
- Working with our internal technical and content team in the creation and execution of the above
- Managing Internal marketing budgets to achieve clear and measurable ROI.

A basic annual salary of between £25-£35k pa is dependent on experience, with an added bonus structure based on exceeding agency KPI’s.

Company laptops will be provided along with a relaxed training environment. Autonomous working culture with a mixture of office-based and home-based working after Probationary period.

A pragmatic and creative role that needs the right attitude

**What we need**:

- 1+ years in-house or agency experience within a Creative or Paid Media setting.
- Confidence to create and implement new business development processes & procedures to ensure maximum lead generation and brand engagement.
- Sound knowledge of using a range of digital marketing communication platforms including Mailchimp, Hubspot and all major social media channels.
- Strong organisational skills with the confidence & desire to take ownership &, responsibility for making decisions.**What we want**:
