Personal Assistant to CEO

**Summary**
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to our CEO and CFO and ensure the smooth running of their day-to-day activities.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting key decision-makers in our organisation.
**Key Objectives & Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the CEO and CFO’s calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO and CFO.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organising documents.
- To help organise customer and employee hospitality.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management.
**Requirements**:
- You will have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Personal Assistant working at Director level.
- Ideally to have worked across multi-site organisations.
- Takes initiative with your own work and is independent, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Ensuring all travel arrangements/documentation requirements are fully met and planned for in advance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise at all levels across the business.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- A calm and professional manner.
- Excellent IT skills - to be fully conversant with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other software packages.
- Knowledge of modern communication technology (video conferencing).
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Honest and reliable.
- Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.
- Prepared for regular UK travel to different offices with overnight stays where appropriate.
- To hold a full UK driving licence.
**Benefits**
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience
