**Job Title** - Customer Service Administrator
**Salary** - £24,000
**Location** - Staple Hill (client relocating to Yate towards the end of the year) Parking Available
**Contract Type -** Fulltime, Permanent position
**Hours** - Monday
- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
**Duties of Customer Service Administrator will include**:
- Problem Solving - identifying the root cause, offering solutions
- Accuracy - attention to detail
- Prioritisation - awareness of urgency and impact
- Decision Making - gathering info, weighing up pros and cons
- Communication - liaise and communicate with people at all levels
- Teamwork - work towards a common goal
- Respond and acknowledge all helpdesk queries on the same working day
- Resolve (95%) helpdesk queries within the 7-day SLA
- Load helpdesk queries, if necessary, onto the system using the agreed format
- Investigate queries thoroughly tracking answers and correspondence on the system
- Take responsibility for queries until resolved
**Experience of the Customer Service Administrator Required**:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent administrative / customer service skills and have the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask in a very busy environment. You will understand the importance of responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently.You will have excellent attention to detail with a can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a team environment.
