**Job Overview**
A renowned Museum in London is seeking Access Control Assistants to join their team. The Access Control Assistants will be responsible for managing access to premises and ensuring security protocols are followed.

**Responsibilities**
- Give a warm welcome to visitors and new team members, making sure everyone gets through check-in smoothly and gets their security badges as soon as possible.
- Handle correspondence, memos, and forms with a keen eye for detail, keep track of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and keep records super organized.
- Help with data entry tasks related to access control systems and record-keeping tasks, and make sure to keep everything accurate and up to date.
- Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Implement organisational procedures to manage access effectively

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Physical DBS certificate
- Strong attention to detail
- Administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft-based IT systems and databases
- Excellent communication skills, able to understand customer needs and respond appropriately
- Ability to make decisions within procedures and escalate issues when necessary

**Work Hours**:
The working hours for this role are as follows:

- 4 days on, 4 days off from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Working on weekends may be required.

**INDTLON**

Pay: £11.95 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
