Senior Market Access Consultant/associate Director

**The role**

This is a permanent position based in any of our office locations. Working alongside the service lead, this role will involve a wide variety of duties as follows:

- Managing Analysts and Consultants, and working alongside Directors to provide leadership and delivery of engagements in a range of therapeutic areas and a breadth of deliverables, including but not limited to:

- Market access strategy development
- Pricing research and strategy development
- Value demonstration strategy development
- Market access landscape and opportunity assessment
- Payer landscaping and decision trend analysis
- Other strategic market access engagements
- Leading most aspects of the project, including the intellectual design, timeline planning, and ongoing project organisation
- Driving the strategic direction/shaping of speciality deliverables to ensure these are ‘fit for purpose’ and meet client objectives
- Formal project management and strategic oversight of projects will be a key part of the role
- Adhering to internal and client quality control measures and taking personal responsibility for the quality of project deliverables
- Effectively managing the input of support/junior project team contributors in project deliverables, if required
- Mentoring and developing junior members of the team in project delivery and domain knowledge, as well as in the dissemination of skills and knowledge on
- and off-projects, and formal training
- Contributing to or leading business development activities such as:

- Researching and writing proposals
- Presenting at pitches
- Developing accounts from ongoing client work
- Managing client accounts and ongoing relationships
- Establishing and developing lasting relationships with clients
- Contribute to functional team responsibilities, including the development of best practice and standards, development of training resources and facilitation of training sessions, and recruitment into the team
- Line management would be expected if opportunities exist

**Requirements**:

- Essential_
- Degree level educated or equivalent qualifications
- Up to date knowledge of Global market access, healthcare systems in key markets, pricing strategy
- High level of integrity with a strong understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Capable of working in a changing and fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, positive attitude with an ability to find effective solutions to issues
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development
- A high work ethic with a can-do attitude towards management of priorities
