**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Edit Video Content**: Edit high-quality videos for various platforms, ensuring outputs meet project specifications and align with brand objectives.
- **Collaborate on Creative Projects**: Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video projects from start to finish.
- **Utilize Industry Tools**: Use Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Premiere Pro and After Effects, to enhance video quality and incorporate effects, graphics, and animations.
- **Enhance Visuals**: Conduct colour correction, audio mixing, and final rendering to ensure polished content.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up to date with video editing trends and best practices to ensure the content remains fresh and engaging.
- **Manage Projects**: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining adherence to deadlines.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Minimum Level 3 qualification (A-Level, BTEC, or equivalent) in Media Production, Digital Media, Creative Arts, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience or a demonstrable portfolio may also be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Ability to use video editing software, for example Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, including storytelling and pacing.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator for graphic integration.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is required for consideration.

**Desirable (Non-Essential) Criteria**:

- Background in photography or familiarity with visual composition.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
- Experience editing B2B marketing or manufacturing content is advantageous.

**Additional Information**:

- **Location**:Clayton Glass, Orchard Court, Huthwaite, Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 2HU [& working from home]**
- **UK Driving Licence: Required for attending site visits, customer meetings, or industry events as needed.**
- **Working Hours / Shift Pattern**:37.5hrs/week, 2.5hrs unpaid break/week. Monday to Friday**
- **Salary**:£25K - £28K, dependent on experience**
