Tigerlily Childcare are recruiting for a highly regarded Nursery group to recruit Room Leaders to their growing setting in Chesham.

You will be responsible for:
Working with your own key children.
Managing a team of Practitioners
Monitoring the standard of work of your team - i.e. ensuring learning journals are completed correctly.
Carry out 1:1s with your staff
Organise Parents Evening
Organise introductions for new parents, and manage the settling in sessions.

The location of the Nursery means you will need to have access to a car, and there is parking on site. There are a wide range of benefits open to all staff also.

They need dynamic, driven and committed individuals with a child centred approach.
Must have a minimum L3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent, have excellent written and spoken English and have experience working in a similar role.

Essential qualities include: Commitment to helping children thrive and get the best start in life, a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas and a willingness to work as part of a team.
