You’ll work with all sorts of people—both inside the team and out in the community—to help us deliver great services to our residents. Here’s what you’ll be up to: - Get out and about in your neighbourhood—be a familiar face You’ll build strong relationships and work closely with local partners like councils, community groups, the police, and health services to make a real difference. - Help shape and grow our community engagement activities, making sure there are plenty of ways for people to get involved, share their views, and help shape the services we offer. - Build trust and strong connections with residents, supporting them to have a real say in what we do and how we do it—so their voices help guide our decisions and improve our services. - Play a key role in creating communities that work for everyone—places that are inclusive, welcoming, and built to last for future generations. - Take a people-first approach.
