Customer Policy Specialist

They're looking for a results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Whether you're new to insurance or have experience, they'll provide you with comprehensive training and development opportunities, including a four-week induction program.

**What a Customer Policy Specialist does**:
- You’ll resolve any customer queries or complaints, tracking complaints trends to feedback to the business and improve overall customer experience
- Handling complex complaints through investigation and resolving within a timely manner in line with company KPIs
- You’ll be able to build good working relationships across the business
- They're all about the customer; you’ll give great customer outcomes and get things right first time. It’s in your DNA
**Your skills & experience**:
- They would love you to have worked in a regulated customer services role before or in a similar environment but it’s not essential
- People are at the heart of everything they do. You’ll be a people person
- You’ll be a great communicator with a sharp eye for detail
- Organisation, timekeeping and structure are second nature to you
- You’re not fazed by computers and software
- You’re eager to learn and develop through continuous training
