**Customer Service Executive (Stewart Travel)**

**Department Information**

Stewart Travel, the Retail arm of Brooklyn Travel Group is one of our most varied departments, encompassing Travel Sales, Admin Support, Product and Customer Service functions. As an independent travel Agent, we can sell all types of holidays, to any destination from our 11 stores across Scotland and Northern Ireland. We also offer a mutli-channel approach for ease and flexibility of booking. Our aim is to provide our customers with a seamless journey from initial enquiry to their Welcome Home' call, as exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do.

**Role Information**

An ambassador for Stewart Travel, the Customer Service role is varied and fast-paced. We pride ourselves in our exceptional customer service and expect you to continuously work to our values. You will be passionate about travel and have a genuine interest in travelling and ensuring that our customers have the highest standard of customer service, every time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting clients post-booking, with in resort issues and with their pre-departure requirements
- Managing the customer service inbox
- Log the issue via the system,
- Upgrading clients cruise, flights, hotels and tours
- Fulfilling amendments and cancellations
- Resolving client queries, finding solutions and escalating complaints
- Assisting retail stores on customer service and administrative queries
- Liaising with suppliers and tour operators on behalf of clients

- Passionate about delivering the very best customer experience
- Confident, friendly, and articulate when speaking to clients
- Enjoy building rapport and forging long lasting relationships
- Possess genuine empathy and the desire to help people
- A 'can do attitude' always aiming to go the extra mile
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to pro-actively resolve issues and be solutions focused
- Experience in communicating via live chat and on social media
- Enjoy working in a face paced, service-oriented environment
- Good working knowledge of CRS system would be advantageous
- Ability to work well in a crisis
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work load
