Client Support & Fee Quotation Co-Ordinator
Redcliffe Training Associates Limited is a very successful and highly regarded finance training course provider with an international and blue-chip client list. Due to its success the position of Client Support & Fee Quotation Co-Ordinator
has become available.
Redcliffe generates business in three key way;
1. E-marketing
2. Direct sales
3. SEO (search engine optimisation)
The role has many layers to it and it has a lot of moving parts. So, the position demands at all times;

Tasks & Duties; Client Support
- Assisting clients with their booking / training / course requests;
- Generating fee quotes
- Introducing Redcliffe’s courses and webinars to potential clients all over the world
- Dealing with in-house course requests
- Dealing with public course enquires
- Sending brochures / calendars / previous booking history to decision makers and following up
- Managing the client thereafter;
- Ensuring CRM is kept accurate and up to date
- Setting and making course follow-ups calls
- Liaising with trainers regarding in-house training;
- Arranging calls / meetings between with the client
- Dates and locations, webinar links
- Client specific requests

- Managing client contact records in CRM
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM
- Tracking and tracing contacts who have left a company and adding their new company details to the CRM
- Answering incoming calls (dealing with queries, transferring and advising)
Sales Support
- Pro-actively contacting existing clients 3, 6, 9, 12 months after a course to seek repeat business
- Pro-actively contacting lapsed spending clients to re-build relationship
- Maintaining accurate client account records in CRM
- Post course follow-ups to gather feedback
- Identifying new decision makers in spending accounts and contacting them
- Plus any other duties to assist the department
The sales and client support elements of this role will require excellent client communication skills - both written and spoken. As well as an ability to interrogate our CRM for client information so a good working knowledge of MS Dynamics would be advantageous.

- We quickly retrieve information from our CRM to support our calls to clients, and also incoming client enquiries
- This is a fast-paced environment so you will need to be a very quick learner
- You will be expected to take detailed notes to aid you after the induction training
- You will be expected to ask lots of relevant questions during the induction training

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
