Introduction

FPSG's client is an award winning highly-regarded law firm who, due to continued growth, have an exceptional opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join their to join their busy team in Edinburgh.

Role Responsibilities

The main remit of this opportunity will be to manage a varied caseload across what is quite complex claims of a high value across several areas including Personal Injury, RTA, PD to name a few whilst meeting strict deadlines.

Additional responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Working closely with experts and ensuring counsel are instructing accordingly where required.
- Supporting the Partners to continuously drive forward business opportunities whilst developing your own network of contacts.
- Assisting in the development and growth of colleagues technical expertise within the team.

Person Specification

This role would be an exceptional opportunity for professionals who have mixed litigation experience, ideally withing 1-4 years PQE, who are ambitious and looking to join an award winning firm.

Additional requirements for this role include (but not limited to):

- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communications skills - both written and oral.
- An ability to liaise effectively with peers and clients at various level of seniority.
- Be pro-active and responsive to client's demands.
