Seven Resourcing are looking for a Human Resources Support Officer to fill a temporary contract at The University of Central Lancashire. Starting towards the beginning of May and finishing towards the end of July.

**The role**:
We are looking for someone to lead on the provision of administrative support primarily in relation to the recruitment, contractual provision, payroll amendments and onboarding of the Council's workforce, and maintaining HR management information systems.To play a key role in assisting Line Managers to implement routine people management case management activities focusing on sickness management and probation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To undertake end to end recruitment and onboarding administrative processes of new starters and ending leavers within the Council's workforce.

To produce reports, statistics and bespoke letters as appropriate and general HR related filling and record management.

To be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Payroll data to ensure appropriate salary adjustments are made. This includes the monitoring of actions on payroll in the form of a monthly audit, and establishment control checks.

To manage the administration of recruitment and onboarding using the Council's electronic recruitment system and to arrange recruitment clearances including checking the right to work in the UK.

**Applicant Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: GCSE or equivalent.
- **Experience**:Previous administrative experience.
- **Compliance**: Up to date DBS, Right to Work in the UK.
- **Travel**: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
- **Hours**: 36 hours p/w 09:00am - 17:00pm
