What You'll Be Doing:
As a Library Officer, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the library.
- Planning and delivering a wide range of events (e.g. author events, class visits).
- Supporting customers with digital services (e.g. eBooks, passport applications).
- Building partnerships with local organisations.
- Monitoring performance and ensuring service excellence.
You will be appointed to Adlington & Coppull libraries and will work an average of 30 hours per week over a two-week rota (see attached rota), but there will be an expectation that you will work at other libraries as required.
