Accounts Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Accounts Administrator, working at our Ripon office, assisting our current Finance team with daily tasks.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Processing a high volume of daily payments
- Allocating weekly and monthly direct debits onto Sage Intacct
- Sending Customer statements and chasing invoices
- Other general admin duties as required
**About you**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and word
- Excellent organisational skills
- A high level of accuracy and has an eye for detail
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Understanding the need of internal confidentiality
- Ability to handle pressure and good time-management
- Sage experience desired but not essential
