Change Management Administrator/ Administrator
Role is hybrid, three days from home, two days from the Peterborough office.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong Administrator with a passion to get into change management to join blue chip organisation as a Change Management Administrator. You do not have to have experience of change management so if you have come froma administrative back ground, reception, office management, data admin this could be the job for you
You will be responsible for:
*Day to day administration of changes and releases, maintaining an accurate record of
all related activity
*Accountable for the review of Change Requests, checking for compliance against
defined processes
*Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality of
service and adherence to contractual obligations
*To oversee the creation and submission of Post Implementation Reviews with
appropriate follow on actions.
*Identify improvement opportunities to reduce failed and unauthorised changes and
attain a high level of successful completion
*Daily administrative tasks to support the Change Management function
*Previous experience in contributing to key business processes
*Excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
*Passionate, professional, with a proactive and a 'can-do' attitude at all times
*Confident in liaising with internal and external customers at all levels on a one
- to-one and group basis
*Perform to high standards whilst working under pressure and to deadlines
*Good time management skills in order to fulfil workload and meet customer SLA's
*Learning Based agility
*Good interpersonal skills - ability to liaise with personnel at all levels and adapt
style accordingly
