We aim to work alongside our clients to ensure they understand our processes, and how they can best help us to achieve their marketing goals. As a result, we help them grow rapidly. We also believe in education for our staff, and it is expected that you will spend time watching online training, attending virtual conferences, and bringing us back fresh and exciting ideas. Our marketing consultancy is seeking a Proactive Social Media marketing manager. This is a "work-from-home" role. **Responsibilities**: - Come up with great ideas for content that gets shared, and most importantly - brings in sales - Create detailed content calendars - Use Canva or other graphics platforms to create graphics and other visual content - Edit larger videos to create Stories/Shorts - Schedule and manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter) as well as YouTube - Prepare statistics on how well certain content is performing - Learn and stay on top of new trends - Work as part of our team using Asana project management - Attend weekly management meetings - Answer social media queries on our behalf and those of our clients - Cover for other members of the team where needed - Capable of managing your own time and clocking the hours you spend on various tasks using Clockify **Requirements**: - Excellent attention to detail - Excellent English skills (grade A or similar at GCSE) - A minimum of 2 year's experience managing social media accounts for brands (this does not include managing your own accounts) - Graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop etc) - Basic Video Editing skills - Business savvy - i.e. an understanding of how you will bring in more leads and sales via your content - Proven expertise in building a social media following and bringing in leads for clients Please note this role is part-time, circa 20 hours per week to begin with but it is expected to increase. We are open to either a freelance role, or salaried role. The role is listed as 6 months to begin with, but we expect this to be ongoing after the 6 months. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance, Temp to perm **Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Work from home Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
