Experienced Gardener

For an experienced gardener, this is an exciting opportunity for joining our gardening team, providing a high end garden service to the towns and rural villages of North Yorkshire and beyond, for private and commercial customers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic character who works well in a team, has a keen eye for detail, enjoys getting to know customers and working with them to make their gardens look amazing year round, someone who enjoys the outdoors and adds to our very laid back and fun loving team.

Jobs Undertaken:

- Lawn mowing (pedestrian mowers and ride on mowers)
- Hedge cutting
- Low level tree work
- Border work on a private and commercial level
- Plant work on all aspects from planting, treating, cutting back, etc
- Shrub work on all aspects from planting, pruning, reducing, etc
- Pressure washing
- In house gritting
- Leaf clearing
- Gutter cleaning (take two seconds with our system and is actually quite fun)
- Organic hard surface weeding (training provided)
- General basic site repairs
- Prune trees/climbers/plants etc
- Garden clearances and rejuvenation

You **MUST**:

- Have time served gardening knowledge and experience
- Be able to drive, which includes be comfortable driving company vans
- Be over 25 to meet our driving insurance policy requirements
- Have the confidence to work under your own judgment, having faith in your own skills, manage gardens in terms being able to plan future work and undertake current work in line with the seasons and what is best for the garden
- Be comfortable working outdoors in a range of weathers (PPE provided)
- Be punctual and reliable
