**Responsibilities**
- To take the lead of a gardening round, ensure visit-to-visit jobs are completed and extra work needed is reported back to the rest of the team. Work with customers as well as the rest of our team
- Use and be competent in the use of power tools for mowing, pruning, edging, clearing, and general landscape maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of garden areas to identify and address any issues during a visit, or communicate these back to the rest of the team
- Work with all other team members to enhance groundskeeping efforts and improve the gardens and grounds we are privileged to work in

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in gardening and horticulture
- Strong knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for gardening tasks
- Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor environments

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

- Gardening: 4 years (required)
