**Your Impact**:
At Jacobs we are recruiting an Energy Transition Transactions Advisory Senior Associate Director with extensive experience in delivery of transactions advice to enhance our service offering in this sector. You will help in shaping the strategic direction of our Lenders & Investors (L&I) Market and play a key role in the continued growth of the Jacobs business globally. In this role you will:

- Lead projects and the development of deliverables for public and private sector clients.
- Present high quality technical work to clients, and internally.
- Lead client relationships, generating opportunities for Jacobs’ Strategic Consulting business.
- Lead the preparation of bids and marketing materials to win new projects.
- Develop the transactions capability in Strategic Consulting, through knowledge sharing activities, and upskilling colleagues through projects.
- Support Jacobs growth in the L&I market for transaction advisory services, and support diversification of services offered to L&I clients across the wider European and Global Jacobs business

You’ll join a team of trusted advisors to provide strategic guidance and business planning support to our clients as they seek to optimise their operations. You’ll be part of team regarded by financial institutions as one of the leading providers of buy and sell side technical advisory services across infrastructure transactions and pursue these opportunities in line with the market.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
You’ll be a reliable and cooperative leader with a proactive approach to market and business development. In addition to having strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills, you’ll also have:

- Extensive experience of leading transactions advisory, commercial and/or technical due diligence activities in the energy transition sector or experience within a financial institution (e.g. providers of equity / debt to projects requiring project finance);
- Extensive experience of business development in the lenders and investors sector; developing client relationships, work winning and proposal writing.
- Experience of producing high quality technical reports for public and/or private sector clients.
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team and to share ideas and expertise with team members to support ongoing learning and development.
- Advanced user of spreadsheets, including a clear understanding and commitment to modelling best practice is desirable but not essential
- Experience as a Project Director/Manager is advantageous.
