**Graduate Academy - Dynamics Support Consultants x 15** **£24,000 to £30,000** **Wolverhampton** **Interviewing Now** **Starting - Mid June** **Graduate Salary £24,000** **Principle duties and responsibilities**: **Dynamics Support Consultants** - Providing first line assistance that leads to the successful resolution of cases - Working to reproduce issues and determine cause, then communicate the actions needed to allow speedy resolution - Communicating the status of outstanding cases to customers and the plans for their resolution **Dynamics Implementation Consultants** Working as part of a team to provides new and existing customers solutions to meet their business needs - Analysis of requirements and documentation of "gaps" - Configuration and administration - Data migration - User training - Solution testing - Support through the implementation process and go live **Account Managers** - Manages relationship between business and customers - handling contracts, licencing, communicating quotes, processing jobs and orders and approving time sheets - Ensures our customers ultimately have realistic expectations, and they are clear of what we can deliver, and when we can deliver it. Responsible for managing and communicating any issues or delays. - Responsible for commercial aspects of the relationship. Identifies expansion and other contract opportunities to pass to Success Manager - Ensuring regular contact with every customer assigned **Project Managers** - Oversee delivery of projects to ensure they are completed on time and to budget - Create and maintain project plans - Scheduling of required resources - Ensure adherence to project processes - Identify and manage project risks **Person Specification**: A degree ideally in Business Management or Information Technology but other degrees considered or relevant work experience Essential skills - Basic accounting and common business practice knowledge - Problem solving/analytical mind - Great communication and customer handling skills - Ability to understand and learn software and processes quickly Working Hours/Holidays 8am until 6pm rotored (8am until 4.30pm, 8.45am until 5.15pm, 9.30am until 6pm) with a 1 hour lunchbreak 20 days holiday per calendar year plus 8 bank holidays.
