Pink Tile are recruiting for a secondary school in the Bognor area

Job Title: Secondary Teaching Assistant

Location: Bognor Regis, West Sussex

If selected, they must operate under the direction of the class teacher, where they are expected to support small groups of students to lead interventions and educational activities. Moreover, they must liaise with other staff members and outside agencies to ensure individual pupils needs and EHCP outcomes are met.

Essential Requirements:

- English language reading and comprehension to a good standard
- Numeracy skills to a good standard
- Transferable skills of working with adults or children that need support
- Calm and de-escalation skills
- 1:1 Support (if needed)
- Enhanced DBS on the updated service or be willing to obtain one.

**Pay**:Negotiable on experience. £65+ per day PAYE
**Length**:Long term, temp to perm. 5 days a week term time.
