**CCTV Control Room Operator Job Responsibilities**:
The **CCTV Control Room Operator** is a very similar to a Security Officer and you will be required to act as the first point of contact for visitors to the center

**CCTV Control Room Operator Job Duties**:

- Act as the first point of contact for visitors to center
- Monitoring people in different locations to identify instances of suspicious or unusual behavior.
- Tracking suspect individuals as they move within a building
- Liaising with security staff or police on the ground to provide detailed intelligence about suspects, such as their appearance, actions, or location.
- Ensuring the CCTV system is fully functioning, and that video footage is recorded and stored appropriately.
- Assisting police in their enquiries by providing access to CCTV recordings, or copies of footage, whenever required.
- To maintain the appropriate and optimum usage of the CCTV system.
- To be able to monitor and operate the CCTV system, ensuring fully functioning recording, when licensed so to do
- To monitor and assist where possible the security staff in the detention of any person found committing an arrest able offence
- Liaise with client to fulfil security requirements on site
- Complete various security documentation
- Liaise with supervisor / shift manager
- Represent Total Integrated in a professional manner at all times.
- Supervise and control site access
- Conduct regular site patrols.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Working Hours : 48 per week (04 on 04 days off)
- Day/Night Shifts (0700 hours to 1900 hours & 1900 hours to 0700 hours)

**Requirements for the Job**:

- A Valid SIA license.
- A Valid CCTV License
- A full five-year checkable employment history
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An ability to work as part of a team
- An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach Responsibilities

**Salary**: £12.57 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- security: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- SIA Licence (required)
- CCTV License (required)
