We truly care about the Commercials on our projects and want to continue with the great progress we are making with efficiencies in our business. To help us achieve these targets we are looking for an experienced Planner.

What will you be doing as our new Senior Planner?

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and Monitor Plans:
- Lead collaborative digital planning and production meetings to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations.-
- Liaise with delivery teams to ensure consistency in methodology and outputs.- Proactively identify opportunities and risks and explore mitigation strategies.- Develop 4D animations of project plans to aid in digital rehearsal of construction.- Gather progress information and communicate effects on key dates, challenging the team to deliver on time.

Communication of Plans:
- Attend site regularly to gather program update information.- Communicate critical paths and key activities in team meetings.- Advise the team on priorities to prevent activities from becoming critical.- Attend meetings as required and provide project-specific reports as needed.

Quality of Plans:- Ensure integrity of project plans and actively participate in driving best practices.- Ensure alignment between plans and cost forecasts.

A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours.- Minimum five years of experience in large-scale projects within the Civil Engineering sector, preferably in the Water Industry.- Essential experience with P6 (Primavera).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex project plans effectively.- Commitment to health and safety principles.
