**Role**:Customer Service Administrator

**Location**: Tonbridge

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5.00

**Salary**: £19,000 - 22,000

Due to expansion of the team, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our vibrant, evolving customer service team as a Customer Service Administrator.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record in a similar role and relevant sales or operational experience is desirable but not essential. You will have a good level of education and be technically competent with good commercial acumen.

**About you**

- Excellent computer skills and good understanding of Excel
- Flexibility, customer focused approach to work.
- Experience of working with IFS ERP business system is desirable but not essential.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent customer service, in a friendly manner, to all allocated clients maintaining a level of trust and discretion in all areas of your work.
- Answering the telephone & redirecting calls.
- Handle and progress customer enquiries and orders.
- Process and manage Customer Quotations and Orders on IFS working closely with all other departments.
- Manage sampling supplies & process sample orders in timely manner.
- Contact clients to promote Heathfield & Co through regular personalised content marketing.
- Distribute customer correspondence such as Invoices, Quotations and Orders.
- Assist with the correspondence between the customer service team and their clients.
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team when required.
- Manage the external post.
- Maintaining the filing system for the processed orders.
- Data cleansing and maintaining of accurate customer and project records in IFS and CRM systems.
