Office Administrator

The role is to support and assist the Team to provide a premium level service from initial enquiry through to completion.
This is a new opportunity, and the expectations are high it can be fast paced role with important deadlines to meet. You will need to be organised, proactive and have the ability to prioritise your workload effectively. The working hours for this role are 8:30am-1pm.
**Responsibilities of the role**:
- Managing the underfloor mailbox, dealing with all enquiries, queries, orders, deliveries, quotation requests and ensuring all are handled within the working day
- Processing all orders in the underfloor mailbox and notifying customers of any out-of-stock items, expected in-stock dates and delivery dates for goods
- Ensure all project orders are delivered on scheduled dates and booked in with couriers and customers where required
- Invoicing of all orders on day of dispatch
- Liaising with Sales Reps for quotation and order requests
- Liaising with customers efficiently and in a customer friendly manner
- Logging new quotation requests and any amendments to the master quotation log
- Attending weekly team meetings as required
