Kido is a place where innovation and imagination unite to create modern Early Years settings. We’re looking for a Level 2/3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team at our Waterloo nursery: St Patrick's School, 91 Cornwall Rd, London SE1 8TH

We are international, operating in India, USA and the UK. In the UK all our nurseries are Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding and are based in London and Windsor. We’re still growing with 1-2 new nurseries opening each year At Kido, we blend the best practices from the Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches and have a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. **What we offer**

**What the Qualified Nursery Practitioner role entails**

Welcome to the heart of Kido, where passion, ambition and people are at the core of everything we do. As a Qualified Early Years Educator you’ll be more than just an Educator; you’ll be an ambassador for our values, and a gatekeeper for our vibrant culture. You're role will primarily include:

- Creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives.
- Being a team player ensuring that you and your team meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with your team to plan, organise and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Effectively communicating with parents, children and colleagues to deliver the best experience possible.
- With a hands-on approach and with great attention to detail, you’ll deliver exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys within our nursery.
- You’ll take ownership for observing and assessing your key children, and you’ll work with the child, colleagues and parents to set individualised goals.
- By aligning to our systems of observation you'll ensure no milestone goes unnoticed and every achievement is celebrated.

- You must hold the right to work in the UK
