We are looking for a very experienced groundworker who is able to work on own initiative and take lead when necessary. You should be able to carry out general civils work and various tasks relative to the water/wastewater sector, as directed by the Construction Manager/Site Supervisor, including but not limited to:

- Concrete Finishing
- underpinning
- pin kerbs
- foundations
- Flags and block paving
- Fencing
- Small Landscaping
- Work independently as well as part of a team

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years groundwork experience - Essential
- A valid UK driving licence - Essential
- In date CSCS card - Essential
- Confined Spaces (Medium Risk) - Preferred
- SSTS - Preferred
- NRASWA Streetworks - Advantageous
- Manual Handling - Advantageous
- Abrasive Wheels - Advantageous
- First Aid - Advantageous

**Salary**: £20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Blaydon, NE21 5TB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
