Quantity Surveyor - Civils & DrainageJob Title: Quantity Surveyor - Civils & DrainageJob reference Number: Industry Sector: Quantity Surveyor, QS, Quantity Surveying, Rainwater Systems, Main Contractors, Developers, House Builders, Residential, Below Ground, Plastics, Sewer Products, Underground Drainage, Housing Developers, Consulting Engineers, Ground workers, Site Teams, Engineers, Surveyors, Water Authorities, Developer Services and Site InspectorsLocation: Newcastle upon TyneRemuneration: £50,000 - £80,000 + (Bonus TBC)Schedule: Monday-Friday (08:00-16:30)Benefits: 25 Days Annual Leave, Pension The role of the Quantity Surveyor - Civils & Drainage will involve:Quantity Surveyor positions dealing with a range of drainage, civils, sewers Earthworks, pumping stations and wet wells.Keeping up to date with site progress, recording progress made, and transferring information onto monthly payment applicationsUpdating any changes to the agreed contract scopeQuoting projects and providing valuationsReviewing labour schedules and comparing to actual progress on sitePricing variations and changes in line with subcontractor parametersReviewing project drawings, comparing construction drawings to tender drawings documenting any changesWorking on projects ranging from £500,000-£5,000,000
