My client is a mid-size international law firm, who is looking to hire a Early Careers Manager for their busy London office to cover a 12 month FTC.

The Early Careers Manager will manage the UK graduate and legal apprenticeship programmes.

The key duties will include:

- Organising the firm’s open days, vacation schemes and assessment centres
- Overseeing the preparation of offer letter and contracts for trainees
- Representing the firm at law fairs and universities
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries for trainees
- Managing the trainee seat rotation process
- Researching and organising visits to relevant schools to promote the apprenticeship scheme
- Working closely with the wider HR team to review and develop the graduate and apprentice recruitment processes
