We specialise in bespoke web and mobile app development, support, and tailor-made solutions including our own Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product called Culverdocs. We take pride in offering a personalised service to clients of all sizes, ranging from 1 to 1,000+ employees.

**Job Summary**:
**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- Actively monitoring the service desk tickets, creating, responding, and closing tickets based on the client feedback.
- Ensure high client satisfaction by consistently delivering proactive and reactive support.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and design tailored solutions using the platform.
- Perform system configuration and setup based on client requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation.
- Provide ad-hoc and scheduled training to clients during onboarding activities, covering various areas of the system to meet their needs.
- Take part in discovery sessions with clients to gather and understand their business processes and data capture needs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions, escalating to the technical team when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to communicate client needs and provide feedback for platform improvements.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
