Home based role, then some travel to Manchester - travel expenses paid

**JOB ROLE**
- Monitor the helpdesk daily
- Provide support to learners and others using the VLE
- Work with the learning technologist to provide first line support to learners as well as other stakeholders
- Process data and prepare reports to monitor learner engagement and progression data
- Use systems to provide accurate, efficient, and timely support using digital tools (WebEx, Teams, Moodle etc)
- Provide webinar links including the booking and recordings of webinars for learners
- Providing first line support across the companies’ digital systems, ensuring that queries are resolved
- Collating reports providing vital information on usage, engagement, and progression to support operation teams and inform key decisions
- Maintaing user guides and other training materials to support end users
- Monday to Friday 37 hours per week (open from 8am to 6pm, so 37 hours worked between these times)

**REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE**
- Experience of audio and video creation and editing
- Experience of software support

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**
- Salary £20,000 per annum
- Mileage paid
- 26 days holiday + stats per annum
