**About the Role**
As HR Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in the operational function of CareShield. Working under the guidance of our third-party HR business partner.
**This is a fully office-based position at our Stevenage Head Office.**
**Hours of work are 38.5 per week (Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5:30pm, Fridays 8.30am to 4pm, with a 60-minute lunch break.)**
**Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (DOE)**Main Responsibilities & Duties**
- Facilitating the human resources processes
- Administration and onboarding of new staff, changes, and terminations
- Assisting with the performance review up to and including termination processes
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (new starters, payroll, personal information, leavers, etc.)
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by performing background checks (DBS/references/RTW), issuing employment contracts etc. and planning, scheduling and carrying out inductions for new starters
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, such as collection of employee feedback
- Carrying out DSE assessments with both Remote and Office based staff
- Manage, identify, and update job descriptions and specifications against job roles in conjunction with the department managers.

- Have good IT skills (Word processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Internet, MS Outlook)
