**Head of Data Partnerships**
It's an exciting time for us and as we continue to transform our business to meet our pricing, data and analytics ambitions we're looking for a strategically focused leader to develop new partnerships and grow our data enterprise.
You will be a key member of the pricing, data and analytics leadership team, reporting directly into the Technical Pricing Director. A newly created position, to lead our data enrichment program and build out new data partnerships with affinity partners, brokersand price comparison websites.
We're flexible on location, this can be based at home or either our Bexhill or London Cannon Street offices.
**How you will make a difference**:

- You will be responsible for our Data Enrichment program, partnering with external & internal data partners to achieve our mission of being first to market with new data opportunities
- Deliver loss ratio benefit through data enrichment while managing data delivery costs
- Managing & developing relationships with existing data partners to improve current offering and co-develop new data products
- In partnership with peer groups, you will identify & onboard distribution & affinity partners who provide unique customer data points
- Leading a team of colleagues across data enrichment, data product management & data governance
- Implementing consistent and successful outreach strategies to existing and new 3rd party data partners
- Partnering with analytical teams to evaluate new data sources for use in supporting developments across underwriting and the wider

**What we're looking for**:
You're action orientated, a strategic leader with a strong track record of leading partnership or affinity programs.
You're experience includes building strong relationships with stakeholders. Effectively interacting and influencing at all levels, shaping ideas into words and ambiguity into results, so a versatile and action orientated approach, is highly important in thisrole.
