**What you’ll be doing**
- Attend to each call in a timely, courteous and professional manner, using correct telephone etiquette as directed by Brand guidelines.
- Dispatch appropriate personnel to resolve guest requests and issues in a timely manner, keeping track of progress, and then following up with the guest upon completion.
- Review bulletin board and daily business, and show a thorough awareness of the operation and any relevant information pertaining to their particular shift.
- Take handover from previous shift and follow up any outstanding requests or issues to ensure completion and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an up to date log of all calls, paying attention to all the details.
- Inform Manager of any suggestions or feedback regarding the operation, and any challenging issues encountered.
- Prepare wake up call sheets for Nights and follow up on wake up call completion.
- Ensure completion of all tasks on checklist.
- To carry out any other reasonable request by your Manager, which may include support on the Front Desk and/or lobby.
