**Main Duties**
- **Completion and agreement of the monthly Application For Payment (AFP) in line with site FM and client requirements**:

- **Supporting budgeting and ensuring cost control**:

- **Forecasting**:

- **Ownership and management of site weekly, monthly and annual performance reporting**:

- **Adherence and endorsement of the specific contract that is operated under (CCS/NEC)**:

- **Adherence and endorsement of internal process and procedure to improve performance and maximise growth**:

- **Governance of online commercial portfolio (CEMAR)**:

- **Working together with relevant departments to achieve the expected level of service delivery**:

- **Subcontractor management**:

- **Client relationship management**:

- **Risk Management**:

- **Cashflow control**:

- **Ad-Hoc tasks upon request**

**What we are looking for**:

- **Relevant qualifications (AAT or degree preferable)**:

- **Experience of working in a similar role(s) with a finance/commercial background**:

- **Experience of NEC format of contract (desirable)**:

- **Experience of managing stakeholder relationship (internal, client, subcontractors etc.)**:

- **Strong organisational and time management skills**:

- **Strong communication skills**:

- **Strong analytical skills and mindset**:

- **Ability to adapt**:

- **IT literate - Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
