Project Coordinator

About The RoleTo support our growing business, Magdalene are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team based in Hillington, working across a range of projects for our customers in Scotland. This role can be a mixture office and home-based working.
**What will you be doing?**
Your role will be day to day Coordination of our projects, including our managed services, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are running to the timescales agreed. You will work with project managers to ensure projects complete on time and within budget.
This role will require occasional travel for customer meetings.
**What will your key responsibilities be**
- Arranging site access and training courses
- Working with Field Resourcing to ensure projects have the correct resources available
- scheduling meetings, both internally and externally as and when required
- Providing administrative support
- Equipment and BT Circuit Ordering
- Liaising with the Warehouse Teams as required.
- Attending meetings, conference calls with the customer and the supply chain
- Establishing and maintaining relationships both internally at Magdalene as well as within the customer, and the supply chain
**What competencies are we looking for?**
- Previous experience of working in a project support / administrator / coordinator role is essential for this role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages (specifically Excel) at intermediate level.
- Financial awareness and cost/sales tracking experience would be beneficial.
- An individual who can work to high standards of accuracy, efficiency and organisation.
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all times.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Quick to learn new processes and systems.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- A team player with the ability to also work independently.
