We have chosen products that allow us to ensure that every system Spark installs is excellent as standard, seamlessly blending high-quality solar into a bespoke system that is tailored exclusively to our customers.
We are looking for sales executives that are hungry for success by utilising experience of face-to-face sales and communication skills to close the deal.
The position is field based, travelling throughout the Cheshire, Liverpool and Manchester area covering the CW, CH, SK, WA, L & M postcodes, attending customers houses to sit appointment face to face. Leads are pre-booked by our back office marketing team who have already spoken to the customer about the idea of purchasing a solar panel system.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Maintain a full understanding of Solar Panels and the market.
Plan & prioritise appointments for assessments with customers who are interested in and have met the criteria required for Solar Panel installation.
Carry out face to face customer assessments. Build a rapport with each customer to close sales.
Follow up with customers once assessments have been completed to deliver a high quality of service, increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Achieve individual and team targets, ensuring each assessment with a customer is of the highest standard.
IT Literate
Excellent communication skills.
Highly self motivated individual with the desire to close sales and progress within the business.
Minimum 2 years experience in face to face direct / field sales or retail with a proven track record of doing well. Experience is preferred but not essential.
A positive and friendly attitude with the ability to build rapport with all customers.
Organised individual
Must have use of own car
**Salary**
Commission only £65k + OTE
**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
