**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar and kitchen, including managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
- Cellar management and stock ordering responsibilities.
- Train and supervise bar staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Responsibility of cleanliness of bar and surrounding area's.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Overall responsibility for the department in the House Managers absence.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant supervisory role is required.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
