- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and storage areas
- Interact with customers, taking orders and providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, drink recipes, and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your location)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
