Evolve is recruiting for a leading Medical Device organisation, who is in search of a Contracts and Tenders Specialist based at their head office in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a fantastic position for a dynamic and organised individual to join a supportive team in managing the submissions for national and large regional medical device/medicine purchase frameworks, contracts and tenders our client.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, either 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm (with 30 minutes for lunch).

**Ideal Requirement**
- Ideally you will have experience in healthcare, medical devices and/or NHS in a contracts and tenders capacity
- CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong writing/tender text authoring skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office including spreadsheets and databases).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Develop relationships between the company and key external contracts customers across both the NHS and private sector.
- Plan for framework review timings, ensure tenders are completed for England, Scotland and Wales and support tenders for Ireland where required in conjunction with distribution partner.
- Be involved in mini competitions, reverse auctions, and other procurement approaches.
- Develop the use of contract and frameworks trade routes to provide optimum commercial outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with key internal stakeholders including sales and marketing, supply chain administration team, quality and regulatory affairs, accounts, and senior management.
