**Which team does this role sit in?**
The Learning & Culture team sits within the European regional HR team - which is focused on planning and deploying both global (HQ) and regional projects and initiatives across Europe.
**What is the team like and how is it structured?**
We are a small, close knit and results oriented team, comfortable with ambiguity and constant change. We work at pace and with agility, have strong cultural intelligence, and are supportive of each other whilst having fun along the way. Being a small team we work closely with select vendors to ensure delivery of our goals.
**Who will you work with?**
This role will work in close partnership with local subsidiary HR / L&D Teams across Europe as well as global stakeholders, including the L&D team in Korea. You will also have regular contact with our L&D vendors.
**How will this role contribute towards success?**
This is an important coordination role, supporting the Learning & Culture team and European L&D and HR communities on learning and development activities. Through efficient administration it will help enable the successful delivery of both regional and global (HQ) projects and initiatives in alignment with the European L&D strategy. Building trust based relationships with Subsidiary HR / L&D team members, you will help to maintain a strong European L&D Community.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
To achieve our new strategic direction, the post holder will need to:
- Support the operational day to day activities of the L&D COE, liaising closely with Subsidiaries, HQ L&D (in Korea) and external vendors as well as being a first point of contact in these conversations
- Implement and administer L&D processes - making use of new and existing systems (e.g. Workday, Cornerstone LMS) to deliver a great learning experience
- Precise coordination of European course programmes and digital learning activities, including regional leadership development programmes, bite size webinars and onboarding courses for senior hires
- Seamlessly coordinate nominations for Global course programmes and support coordination of our pan-European 360 degree feedback process
- Proactively support talent development and L&D community activities, communicate clearly with stakeholders, assess spend, process invoices, record course attendance and build course attendee pipelines
- Provide support for local and HQ L&D initiatives, for example tracking IDP completion, learning hour tracking, report generation, system support
- Help support the European L&D Community by organising the regular community calls, taking and sharing meeting minutes and/or materials
- Coordinate and participate in L&D conferences, task force meetings and other events
- Assess engagement and promote usage of our book summary platform (GetAbstract)
- Provide project support to L&D / Culture team members as required, potentially taking ownership of smaller projects
- Provide ad-hoc support to other parts of the Europe Office HR Team as and when needed

- Excellent communication skills, experience of communicating cross-culturally a significant advantage
- Enjoy coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously and reacting quickly and effectively to unexpected issues in a fast-moving environment
- Confidence to make recommendations and challenge constructively
- Ability to take responsibility for issue resolution activities, escalating where necessary
- Proficient reporting and analytics skills - ability to rapidly create and manipulate data and extrapolate key insights and trends
- Excel knowledge and skills essential (vlookup / pivot tables), Word and PowerPoint skills desired
- Experience of working with an LMS (especially Cornerstone) and basic content authoring (SCORM) advantageous
