**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assemble components according to specifications.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
- Conduct materials handling, including the movement of parts and materials within the factory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored correctly after use.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bench Hand or in a similar role within a manufacturing or environment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and tooling equipment safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
