**Wellbeing Assistant (Client Services) (Part-time)**
Responsibilities include:
1. Support the Wellbeing Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the wellbeing activities.
2. Support the Wellbeing coordinator to develop new and manage existing wellbeing activities across Guildford and Waverley and online.
4. Send client reminders for activities.
5. Support with the on-boarding process for new activity leaders.
6. Create and send registers to activity leaders. Maintain registers efficiently so that accurate data is collected for the organisations KPI’s. Chase-up activity leaders if these are not completed on time.
7. Ensure all new and existing venues are booked and ready for activities.
8. Input invoices into appropriate spreadsheets.
9. Update all relevant wellbeing spreadsheets.
11. Prepare Oakleaf rooms for activities if necessary.
12. Set-up links to online activities on the relevant platform and distribute to activity leaders and clients for participation of sessions.
13. Assist with conducting Risk Assessments for wellbeing activities.
14. Assist with promoting wellbeing activities on Oakleaf’s website, social media and at events.
15. Maintain Oakleaf’s databases, detailing all communication/actions relating to clients, practitioners, advisors with accuracy and in a timely manner.
16. Undertake Welcome Meetings, Recovery Star reviews and Activity Reviews with a range of clients.
17. Work with colleagues to monitor the impact of Oakleaf’s services and ensure the activities are in line with Oakleaf’s mission statement.
18. Liaise with all Oakleaf departments and externally with referring bodies, other support agencies, key workers, carers etc.
**General**
- Ensure maintenance of a safe and efficient working environment in accordance with current Health and Safety legislation including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, COSHH Regulations, Environmental Health and EC Directives.
- Operate robust and safe levels of practice in regard to lone working.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as may be requested by the Chief Executive.
This job description is an indicator of general areas of responsibility and will be amended in accordance with the changing needs of the organisation in consultation with the post holder.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 per week
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
- Mental Health support: 1 year (preferred)
- Working with venerable adults: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
