Distributor Relations Coordinator

**Role Overview**:
As **Distributor Relations Coordinator**, you will play a key role in supporting the **Distributor Relations/Accounts Manager** in managing relationships with our distributors. You will assist in communication, administrative tasks, data analysis, and ensuring smooth operations between the company and its distribution partners. This is an ideal role for someone looking to start or grow their career in sales, account management, or distribution in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Distributor Support and Communication**
- Assist in responding to distributor inquiries and providing them with timely information about products, orders, promotions, and pricing.
- Act as a point of contact for distributors, helping to address basic issues and ensuring they receive adequate support.
- Help maintain communication with distributors on new product launches, changes to offerings, and promotional activities.
**2. Administrative Support**
- Assist with managing distributor accounts, updating contact information, contract details, and ensuring accurate records in the CRM or other relevant systems.
- Help prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents required for distributor meetings and reviews.
- Track and record distributor orders and ensure that all necessary documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.) is provided and filed correctly.
**3. Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Support the preparation of distributor performance reports, tracking sales figures, order frequency, and product performance.
- Assist in compiling data on distributor sales, market trends, and customer preferences to help inform strategic decisions.

**Order Management and Logistics Coordination**
- Work with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to distributors.
- Assist with tracking shipments, resolving any issues related to delivery, and ensuring that distributors receive their orders on time.
- Help coordinate stock allocations for distributors and manage any special requests or changes to orders.
**5. Support for Distributor Events and Training**
- Assist in organizing and scheduling distributor meetings, training sessions, or webinars to keep them updated on products and strategies.
- Help prepare training materials, product samples, and presentations for distributor events or sales campaigns.
**6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration**
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to gather the necessary resources for distributors, including marketing materials, pricing updates, and product information.
- Assist in ensuring that distributors have the tools they need to effectively promote and sell products.
**Key Qualifications & Experience**:
- **1-2 years** of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment (internships or entry-level experience are welcome).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with CRM systems or databases (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and distributor channels.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus/Performance Incentives**:
- **Performance-based Bonus**: Typically **5-10%** of the base salary.
- Example: If the base salary is £24,000, a 10% bonus could be **£2,400**, making the total annual compensation **£26,400**.
- Bonuses would generally be linked to performance metrics such as distributor satisfaction, sales support effectiveness, and achievement of specific goals.
**Additional Benefits**:

- **Holiday Entitlement**:20 days** per year, plus public holidays. Plus 1 day for each year served.

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
