**We are looking for a dental receptionist who is eager to learn, develop and grow in a busy, friendly private in-house specialist practice in London.**

**We have 2 fully private practices and we are looking for full time receptionist for to work at both our branches - our Finchley branch (N3 2PA) and our St Johns Wood branch (NW8 0RH).**

Main Duties:

- Opening and closing the practice
- Being the first point of contact for the patients
- Contacting new inquiries and following up with patients
- Management of payments and taking deposits
- Providing outstanding customer service

We provide:

- BLS training
- CPD and courses
- Personal 1-1 training and coaching
- Smile Cliniq book club (optional)

**Requirements**:

- Proactive and eager to learn
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills with good command of English Language (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Dentally or other dental patient management software
- Flexible, Friendly, Team player
- Punctual and organised
