We currently have exciting opportunities for **Transport Coordinator **to join the team in West Bromwich.

The hours of work and shift patterns are:
14:00 - 22:00

Monday till Friday (some weekends work may require)

The rates of pay: £11.77 per hour.

Main Responsibilities
- To ensure all call overs are consolidated from all sites and published in a timely manner.
- All day-to-day planning of transport for Birmingham (Site D).
- Provisional transport plans to be published daily for next day delivery.
- Cost publication by delivery daily.
- Dot Publication Daily (At Group Level).
- Tracking delivery schedule.
- Tracking Stock Collection Schedule.
- Service level reporting (At Group Level).

As a key member of the Site team perform duties in a professional, timely manner and complying with relevant timescales.
- To be proactive, constantly looking for new and better ways to perform duties.
- To take full responsibility for your actions.
- To communicate problems and ask for assistance from your line manager as required.
- To be courteous and to treat others as you would like to be treat yourself.
- To be part of the team.
- To be honest and open and say what you feel in the correct environment.
- Confidentiality of Company information.
- Be aware of and comply with company policy on Health & Safety and Food Safety.
- To highlight any issue which could place any employee’s personal safety at risk.
- To maintain a smart & hygienic appearance at all times as appropriate to the site/occasion.
