**Job Summary**

We're looking for a motivated, carpenter & general builder with plenty of experience in construction & renovation to join our team full time.

Must work to a high standard and be proficient and confident in first and second fix carpentry, conversions, renovations and extensions.

The knowledge and ability to undertake and/or assist in other trades essential.

We're looking for someone with a good attitude to get stuck into their work, as well as being a team player with a willingness to muck in with the rest of the trades on-site to get the job done.

This role could be suited to an experienced carpenter that is keen to get involved with the entire construction process or an experienced carpenter / builder that already has the knowledge.

Pay negotiable based on experience.

**Duties**
- Work with other skilled tradesmen and labourers on large renovation projects working from drawings confidently.
- Perform joinery tasks, including fitting doors, windows, and cabinetry.
- Carry out masonry work such as bricklaying and stonework (not compulsory)
- Work on roofing projects
- Work on structural renovation projects moving walls and installing supporting beams.
- Ensure all work is plumb, level, and in accordance with building regulation.
- Must have a valid driving license & transport to and from site.

**Skills**
- Proficient in carpentry, tacking, masonry, roofing, window and door fitting, flooring, remodelling.
- Strong understanding of building regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship - ESSENTIAL.
- Good physical fitness as the role requires lifting materials and being on your feet most of the day.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and clients.
