**Manufacturing spares and tooling on a daily basis using**:

- **Lathes (manual and CNC)**:

- **CNC milling machines**:

- **Surface and cylindrical grinders**:

- **Horizontal and vertical bandsaws and other toolroom machinery.**

**Reading and interpreting technical drawings for machining and inspection purposes.**

Machine building, fault finding, preventative maintenance and a creative thinking for product and machine development will all also be part of the job role.

**Working Week**

**36-hour week. Monday to Thursday 7:30 - 17:00**

**Plus some Friday overtime when necessary.**

**Weekly Wage**

**Age dependant - above national minimums**

Qualifications Required

Minimum requirements for engineering technician (machinist) Apprenticeship

Skills Required
- Communication, creativity, problem solving, attention to detail and collaboration.
